WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR QUESTBET.CO ACCOUNT?
When an applicable BetStop self-exclusion is active, the following changes apply to your Questbet.co account.
- WAGERING ACCESS
- Your account cannot be used to place wagers while the applicable BetStop exclusion is active.
- EXCLUSION STATUS
- Questbet.co must comply with active BetStop restrictions. An active exclusion cannot simply be overridden at your request.
- MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
- Applicable promotional communications are handled in accordance with BetStop requirements.
- ACCOUNT & FUNDS
- Account and funds-related matters are handled according to applicable wagering and regulatory requirements.
